By choosing our services, you are understood to have accepted the terms and conditions listed below, please read these terms carefully.

1. Buying tickets online on the website.

1.1 To purchase tickets online on the website of Yoko Onsen Quang Hanh, you can choose one of three payment methods supported by the website including:

- Using an international debit card (Visa or Mastercard)

- Use a local bank card associated with VNPAY

- Use the QR Code scanning function of VNPAY Wallet or mobile apps of banks affiliated with VNPay

All taxes and fees included in the price are shown to you, you will not have to pay any additional taxes or other fees when purchasing the ticket.

1.2 The Online ticket purchases are considered valid and successful (“Successful Transactions”) when the following conditions are met:

- Managed directly on the official website of Yoko Onsen Quang Hanh (“Yoko website”).

- 100% full payment including taxes and fees via one of the payment channels on the Yoko website.

- There is an email confirmation of success sent to the customer's ticket booking email address.

1.3 Successful transactions cannot be modified, canceled or refunded in any case. Yoko Onsen Quang Hanh recommends that customers carefully check the booking information (contact information, type of ticket, quantity, date of arrival, applicable subject) before confirmation and payment.

1.4 Yoko Onsen reserves the right to refuse to provide services if the information you provide on the Yoko website differs from the actual information you receive when using the service. Any difficulty encountered during the transaction process, please contact our hotline as follows: 0333.668.777

1.5 The successful transaction confirmation email with the QR code or confirmation code will be sent to you within 30 minutes of the successful online booking on the website. If the above time has passed, due to technical reasons, the email has not yet been sent to you please contact the hotline of Yoko Onsen Quang Hanh. We reserve the right to refuse to support a complaint if we do not receive a request from the person directly purchasing the ticket within 12 hours of the transaction. 

1.6 QRCode/confirmation code attached Email is used to receive the bracelet at the check-in desk of the Yoko Onsen Quang Hanh mining area. The armor will be used to pass through the control gate and use the services in the Yoko Onsen Quang Hanh mining area. The QRCode/confirmation code is issued only once, with a single use valid for the corresponding type of ticket at the time of registration to use the service. You may be asked to present a valid QRCode/confirmation code and the corresponding height measurement when passing through the control gate. We reserve the right to refuse service and do not assume any responsibility if you lose, share or steal the QRCode/validation code.

2. Conditions of use of service.

2.1 To use the services of Yoko Onsen Quang Hanh, you are required to comply correctly and fully with all the Regulations/regulations of the Mineral Springs Area. Yoko Onsen Quang Hanh reserves the right to refuse service without refunding any fee if the customer does not fully comply with the Mineral Springs Rules/regulations.

2.2. According to the policy of Yoko Onsen Quang Hanh Resort, we will only accept customers from 140cm and above using the service. Yoko Onsen Quang Hanh reserves the right to refuse any customer who does not meet this condition in any case without refunding any fees or tickets.

2.3. Yoko Onsen Quang Hanh will refuse to provide services for any activity that does not comply with the law or is inconsistent with Vietnamese style.

3. Customer requests to receive service bills.

3.1 Currently, Yoko Onsen Quang Hanh has officially implemented the electronic invoicing system in accordance with the provisions of the current law, so that the company will carry out the e-invoice to customers with requests and refuse requests for paper invoices or requests not supported by the electronic billing system.

3.2 To export the invoice please provide full information including: confirmation code, company name, tax code, invoicing address, email address for receipt of invoices.

3.3 Time for receipt of the request for invoice processing: Within 12 hours from the time the customer purchased the ticket. We will refuse to issue invoices for requested shipments after the above period.

4. Regulations on storage and exploitation of information.

By providing information to Yoko Onsen Quang Hanh through one of the contact channels on the website (live chat, email, fill in the information form) or providing information when booking, you are deemed to have agreed to the terms of storage and exploitation of information below:

4.1 Yoko Onsen Quang Hanh has the right to store (up to 3 years), exploit the information you provide for the purpose of improving the quality of services, caring for customers and promoting the services of the mining area and related partners.

4.2 Yoko Onsen Quang Hanh undertakes not to provide, share information you have provided to a partner outside the Sun Group unless requested by the competent state authority under applicable law or with your consent.

5. Questions and complaints.

Any questions, complaints of your customers about products, services, payments, regulations and conditions of Yoko Onsen Quang Hanh Mineral Springs please contact us directly under the information in the “Contact Information” section. We promise to respond to customers within 24 hours from the moment of receipt of information.
