1. Kindly present your identity paper with the photo for check-in procedure.
2. All hotel guest rooms are equipped with a safety box. You are recommended to place your money, and valuable items inside. In the event of those items missing or damaged, the hotel holds no liability of compensation if any.
3. It is strictly forbidden to bring weapons, explosives, inflammable, narcotics (drug), prohibited goods, pets and bulky assets into the hotel. Cooking in the guest rooms is also prohibited.
4. It is strictly forbidden to solicit prostitutes in the hotel.
5. It is strictly forbidden to carry flammable items, explosives, weapons, toxins, drugs, gambling or other acts contrary to good morals or that cause annoyance.
6. Do not change or move the furniture and equipment from one place to another. They will be liable to indemnify the hotel at current prices for any losses or damages caused.
7. Please do not swap your rooms or add more people in the room without prior notice to the Reception.
8. If you have visitors during your stay, the visitor needs to register at the Reception.
9. If you discover a fire in the hotel, please immediately alert all neighboring people and comply with the fire-fighting instructions.
10. Check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 noon. If any early check-in or late check-out is required, it might bear an additional charge at your own, please contact the Reception for further assistance.
11. All of the guest rooms in the hotel are non-smoking rooms. Please do not smoke in the room. If someone breaches this rule, a fine of 3.000.000 VNĐ will be issued in order for the hotel to close the room for deep cleansing purposes.
12. No later than your departure time, all bills are required to be settled and please return the key card to the Reception.
